Coordinating contract renewals and maintaining accurate electronic contract records. Benchmarking contract proposals and performing pricing analysis. Negotiating favorable pricing and contract terms with vendors. Tracking and reporting cost savings and operational improvements. Managing purchase orders, account ledgers, and contract documentation. Researching vendors, products, and services to support departmental initiatives. Serving as a primary point of contact for vendor and service inquiries. Preparing reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and other department documentation. Supporting department technology and database systems while ensuring accurate and timely data management.
