Job Description
The Grants Manager leads Equality Federation's institutional funding portfolio, authoring proposals and reports across c3 and c4 entities that incorporate Finance-prepared budgets, meet funder requirements, and advance programmatic goals. They own the grants calendar, tracking systems, and compliance processes; sustain relationships with foundation and corporate funders; and build the prospect pipeline, including democracy- and labor-aligned funders. This position requires strong writing, relationship management, data systems and analysis, and project management skills, with an emphasis on outcome measurement.
