Work Location and Schedule

This position is based at AmP's facility at Arlington Municipal Airport. Our preference is for the Quoter to work primarily in the office because the role requires regular coordination with maintenance leadership, inspectors, parts, sales, and other departments.

A hybrid schedule is available for the right candidate. Highly qualified remote candidates with proven business aviation maintenance quoting experience may also be considered.

Remote or hybrid employees must be available during AmP's normal Central Time business hours and communicate consistently with the Arlington team.

Full-time

Monday through Friday

Additional availability may occasionally be required for time-sensitive customer requests

The Right Person for This Role

The right candidate is organized, accountable, and comfortable working between technical maintenance details and customer-facing business requirements. You should be able to recognize what is missing, ask the right questions, and keep a quote moving without sacrificing accuracy.

This position requires someone who understands that a quote is more than a price. It is the foundation for the customer's expectations and the maintenance team's execution.
