Job Description
Position Summary The Government Contracts Operations Administrator provides administrative, operational, and compliance support for the company's federal contracting portfolio, including GWACs, IDIQ contracts, BPAs, task orders, and other federal contract vehicles. This position serves as a key coordination point between Program Management, Contracts, Sales, Finance, Compliance, suppliers, and customers. Key Responsibilities Contract Administration & Compliance Support Support administration of federal contracts and task orders. Maintain contract files, modifications, and required documentation. Track deliverables, reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements. Support audits, quality reviews, and corrective actions. Procurement, Vendor Compliance & Order Management Coordinate procurement and order fulfillment activities. Manage communications with OEMs, distributors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor vendor compliance requirements and documentation. Coordinate delivery of products, services, and purchased work items. RFQ, Proposal & Business Development Support Support RFQs, RFPs, RFTOPs, RFIs, and quotation activities. Maintain CRM and opportunity records. Coordinate collection of pricing, technical, and compliance information. Assist with proposal preparation and submissions. Program Management Support Support Program Managers with schedules, action items, and deliverables. Coordinate meetings and maintain program documentation. Support onboarding and operational readiness activities. Reporting & Documentation Management Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics. Maintain document repositories and records. Support management reporting and customer deliverables. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, operations, procurement, program support, project coordination, government contracting, or a related field preferred. Experience with GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and similar federal contract vehicles is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of federal contracting and business operations principles. Strong organization, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Education Bachelor's degree preferred. Work Environment & Physical Demands Standard office environment; primarily computer-based work requiring extended periods of sitting and screen use. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet contract deliverable deadlines and reporting cycles.
