This role is responsible for maintaining accurate lease data across multiple systems, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and serving as a primary point of contact for property ownership groups and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, financial, and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain lease agreements for third-party landlord properties and internally owned facilities. Ensure lease, property, and financial data remains accurate and up to date across all company platforms and databases. Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) related to landlord payments, invoices, rent obligations, and lease-related expenses. Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for internally owned properties, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation. Monitor critical lease dates, renewals, amendments, rent escalations, and compliance requirements. Build and maintain positive working relationships with landlords, ownership groups, tenants, vendors, and internal departments. Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related inquiries and issue resolution. Generate reports, maintain accurate records, and support audits as required. Review lease documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations. Support real estate and property management initiatives as needed. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2+ years of lease administration, property management, accounts payable/receivable, or related experience. Strong understanding of lease documentation, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping. Experience working with lease management software, ERP systems, or property management platforms preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Experience in commercial real estate or multi-site property management. Knowledge of lease accounting principles and property financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Pay:
