This role is responsible for managing seller leads, scheduling appointments, making competitive offers, and securing signed contracts. Leads will be provided through various inbound and outbound marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive in lead follow-up and CRM management, coordinate and attend property appointments, capture property photos and videos, present offers, and facilitate contract execution. Additional responsibilities include negotiating with sellers, collaborating with the Dispositions Manager, and ensuring all seller deliverables are met to successfully close transactions. Prior sales experience in sales or real estate is preferred. Compensation includes payment per closed deal, along with performance-based monthly and quarterly bonuses. If performance goals are met or exceeded early on, this position offers the opportunity for a fast-track promotion to a Senior Acquisitions Manager role with higher compensation and increased responsibility. Job Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up with seller leads from various marketing channels Maintain a high level of daily phone and follow-up activity with leads Use CRM to organize and track leads and communications Schedule and attend in-person appointments with sellers Take photos and videos of properties during appointments Make offers to sellers and present contracts Negotiate pricing and terms with sellers Coordinate with the Dispositions Manager throughout the deal process Handle all seller-related tasks and documentation needed to close deals Meet performance targets to earn bonuses
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior inside and/or outside sales experience preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-disciplined Comfortable making a high volume of calls and follow-ups daily Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads using a CRM system Strong organizational and time management skills Professional and confident demeanor with sellers and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to visit properties and interact with sellers in person Basic understanding of real estate transactions is a plus Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
