  • Job Details:
  • + This person will be reporting to Director, Contract Development + Provide hands-on contract administration and execution support primarily for the Provider Contract Development team during Q4 peak-volume periods.
+ The role will help ensure provider agreements are accurately quality checked, distributed, documented, and maintained in the Contract Lifecycle Management system. + The Senior Associate will also provide limited, planned support to the Payer Contract Development team, generally one to two hours per week, for defined coordination, tracking, or administrative needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Review fully executed provider agreements for completeness, accuracy, and required supporting documentation.
+ Coordinate timely distribution of executed provider contracts to customers and internal stakeholders. + Maintain accurate contract records, metadata, and document files in Conga CLM and related systems. + Perform quality control of signatures, attachments, file naming, distribution lists, and executed-document packages. + Prepare professional, accurate customer and internal email communications related to contract execution and delivery. + Monitor provider execution queues, prioritize urgent deliverables, and escalate risks or delays as appropriate. + Support high-volume provider contracting activities, including notices, amendments, letter agreements, and other execution-related deliverables. + Assist with basic tracking, reporting, and document organization that improves visibility into Provider Contract Development workload and status. + Provide limited scheduled support to Payer Contract Development (approximately one to two hours per week) for defined project tracking, status updates, meeting follow-up, or administrative coordination. + Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable company procedures, quality standards, and document-management requirements

    • Basic Qualifications:
    • + Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
    + Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, document management, or a comparable high-volume business-support role. + Excellent organizational, written communication, and follow-through skills. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues. + Preferred Qualifications + Experience with Conga CLM, DocuSign, or comparable contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools. + Experience supporting commercial contracting, legal, market access, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organizations. + Working knowledge of healthcare contracting principles and cross-functional review processes, including legal, compliance, government pricing, and operational considerations that support compliant and executable agreements. + Experience with status tracking, reporting, or coordination across cross-functional teams.

    • + High school/GED + 2 years' work experience OR? Associates and 6 months' work experience OR Bachelors

    • + Administration, distribution of provider discount commercial contracts to stakeholders; ensure accuracy, support the Contract Development Writers with various administrative tasks, Conga data entry, ensure quality in aspects fo the Contract lifecycle Process pertaining to delivery of contracts and data entry of contracts.

    • + High-volume contract administration and quality control — demonstrated experience managing executed agreements accurately, including document review, signatures, records, and distribution.
    + Contract systems proficiency — hands-on experience with Conga CLM, DocuSign, or similar contract lifecycle and document-management systems. + Strong organization and professional communication — ability to prioritize competing deadlines, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and work independently with sound judgment.
