Job Summary:
This is a hybrid role based in our Memphis, TN location, working onsite two days per week. As a key member of the Global Distribution team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for meeting planner company accounts, ensuring the timely and accurate payment of group commissions. In this dynamic and highly collaborative role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to run aging reports, research and reconcile data, and develop actionable recommendations that drive efficiency across Distribution Services. You will play an integral part in facilitating the full commission payment process cycle, supporting onboarding activities, and leading special projects that contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. This position offers the opportunity to engage cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners while championing a consistent and superior partner experience on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Meeting Planner Companies to provide onboarding support, acquire vital documentation, and ensure profiles are set up accurately and efficiently in the FastPay system Coordinate with DS Management and the Accreditation team to ensure all onboarding activities are implemented successfully Perform reconciliation of hotel supporting documentation to Meeting Planner Company invoices and report any identified variances Provide guidance on required approvals, information input, and meeting pickup for processing commission payments, including applicable adjustments Deliver customer service support to Meeting Planner Companies and fulfill responsibilities related to special projects and ad-hoc requests Develop and propose ideas to resolve team inefficiencies, reduce process stressors, and optimize resource utilization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote standard methodologies and ensure a consistent, high-quality partner experience Maintain clear and concise documentation for all administrative, auditing, and reporting processes that support core business operations Provide guidance to ensure that automation and streamlining initiatives are escalated to appropriate decision makers in a timely manner Engage with accounts, account owners, and customers to communicate Hilton's outstanding features and benefits
Skills:

Experience:
