Job Description
## Standard Job Description You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk software programs for commercial, DOD and international customers. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for leading subcontract management activities across a diverse portfolio of programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across commercial, DOD, and international programs.
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
- Administer awarded subcontracts and oversee change activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. ## Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Prior Supply Chain Experience
- Prior Subcontract Administrator Experience
- Candidate must have the ability to obtain US Security Clearance, selected candidate will need to be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to support travel to meet program objective
- US Citizen ## Desired Skills
