Full Job Description Warranty Claims Analyst Location:
Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00PM CST Employment Type:
6-12 Month Contract to Hire About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Analyst to support a growing warranty and service contracts organization. This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing warranty and service contract claims while delivering exceptional support to dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in claims processing, warranty administration, service contracts, customer support, or related operational functions and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and analytical skills are critical. Responsibilities Review and adjudicate warranty and service contract claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. Investigate claims, identify trends, and analyze data to support process improvements. Communicate with dealers, customers, and internal teams regarding claim status, documentation requirements, and claim resolutions. Support warranty and service contract operations through contract setup, modifications, reinstatements, and billing-related activities. Identify unusual claim activity and escalate issues as appropriate. Execute scheduled and ad hoc reporting for business stakeholders. Assist with process and system improvement initiatives aimed at increasing automation and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation within claims management systems. Support dealer performance initiatives through research, data analysis, and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. 3+ years of experience in claims processing, claims analysis, warranty administration, service contracts, customer operations, or related fields. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience reviewing documentation and making decisions based on policies and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with databases, reporting tools, or claims management systems. Preferred Qualifications Warranty administration experience. Service contract experience. Dealer-facing support experience. Claims analytics and reporting experience. Salesforce experience. Tavant Warranty on Demand experience.
