Job Description
## Standard Job Description You will be the Subcontract Administration Sr for the PAC-3 Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for supporting a rapidly growing production program. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Administration Sr you will be responsible for overseeing supply chain activities that ensure timely delivery of critical components for the PAC-3 program. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead assigned IST/PST and drive actions to meet program production objectives.
- Manage supplier performance, material status, shortages, and recovery plans.
- Analyze production schedules, demand, purchase orders, and supplier commitments to identify risks.
- Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to support PO placement, delivery acceleration, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain supplier and material recovery plans with clear owners and dates.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. ## Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Five years of professional experience in Purchasing, Expediting, Subcontract Management, Material Management, Planning, or a related supply chain discipline. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience using SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning system. ## Desired Skills Experience supporting supply chain execution in a high-rate aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environment. Previous experience leading an IST, PST, IPT, or similar cross-functional team. Experience managing material shortages, supplier recovery plans, and schedule risks. Working knowledge of SAP purchase requisitions, purchase orders, promise dates, material requirements, and reporting. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recovery plans. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
