This includes tracking key milestones of the projects including photo collection, etc. Maintains and collects fabrication/modular shop data for respective regions. Develops prequalification package submissions for respective regions as requested. Assists with developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission. Establishes and maintains file structures for prequalifications and project data for respective regions. Develops relationships with the regional proposal team. Establishes fundamental understanding of company process and protocol. Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience. Strong communicator, analytical mindset, relationship driven, project management. Good project management skills with the ability to meet assigned deadlines. Good relationship building skills. Strong customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong research and analytical skills. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Competent in MS Office. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in data collection, business development, or related field. Project management experience preferred. Experience in the Engineering or Construction Industry preferred.
