Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex subcontracts. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Stf you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams and overseeing procurement activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals. Negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, and issue awards. Administer subcontracts and manage change activities throughout the lifecycle. Hold procurement delegation authority and sign supplier agreements within established limits. Hana Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Benefits offered:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
