Job Description
Description PeaceHealth is seeking a Supply Chain Contracts Manager for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $40.11 - $60.17. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. Job Summary The priority for this position is to initiate, review and execute purchasing contracts for the purpose of managing the expense of supplies, equipment and services. Responsible for managing the process of identifying and executing strategic system-wide opportunities. Collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders. Essential Functions Develop, implement, and manage contracts for products, equipment and services for the use by PeaceHealth and affiliate member customers consistent with policies. Encouraging and reporting member contract compliance. Interact with PeaceHealth legal to insure potential contract risks are addressed. Participates in the recruitment and on-going support of PeaceHealth affiliate program. Responsible for ensuring contract compliance with applicable local, regional or national regulatory entities. Partner with colleagues at all levels to support change and performance initiatives. Promote, establish, and maintain open and effective communication with caregivers and leadership. Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, as well as internal and external partners. Work in a collaborative manner with all leadership and caregivers throughout PeaceHealth. Performs other duties as assigned.
