Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient management using EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks or Dentrix Supervise healthcare staff, including medical assistants, administrative personnel, and nursing team members, fostering teamwork and high performance Manage practice finances through fiscal management, budgeting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and health regulation policies Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, medical records management, and medical administrative support to enhance patient satisfaction Implement and monitor healthcare practice management protocols related to managed care, utilization management, and medical billing processes Lead human resources activities such as staff training, performance evaluations, and managing HR documentation for a compliant workplace Skills Extensive experience in medical office management within a healthcare or dental setting with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems like eClinicalWorks or Dentrix Strong supervisory skills with proven ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthcare management practices including HIPAA compliance, health regulation policies, and medical records handling Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment Familiarity with patient management software systems and healthcare practice management tools Background in nursing or acute care experience is highly desirable for understanding clinical workflows and patient care standards Strong understanding of medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR), managed care processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements Experience managing teams within a healthcare practice setting such as clinics or dental offices is preferred Join us to lead an innovative team dedicated to providing outstanding aesthetic care while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence!
