The ideal candidate will be responsible for patrolling the premises, ensuring the safety of patrons and staff, and responding promptly to any incidents. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong observational skills, and the ability to handle potentially high-pressure situations. An armed security license is required or must be obtainable prior to employment. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the bar and lounge environment to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Maintain a visible security presence to deter misconduct and ensure customer safety Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies Enforce rules and regulations to promote a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons and staff Assist with first aid or CPR if necessary (training preferred but not mandatory) Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency services when required Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to armed security operations Experience Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred. Valid Armed Security License is required or must be obtained before hiring Experience in patrolling within hospitality environments such as bars or lounges is advantageous Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential Excellent communication skills and professionalism in handling diverse situations

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 30.0 per week
