This role leads the execution of KM initiatives, manages a delivery team, and partners with business leaders to improve how employees find, use, and trust knowledge. As the operational counterpart to the KM Program Director, this leader ensures strategic priorities are translated into roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes across the KM portfolio. What You'll Do Lead the delivery of KM programs, projects, and strategic initiatives. Manage team capacity, priorities, and execution against business goals. Partner with Claims, Service, Underwriting, Distribution, and other business areas to address knowledge needs. Drive improvements in content quality, governance, search, and user experience. Use data and employee feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact. Build relationships across the knowledge management ecosystem Coach and develop KM professionals while fostering a culture of accountability What you'll need to be successful: Strong understanding of knowledge management, governance, content lifecycle management, and user-centered design. Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and outcomes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to influence across teams and lead through change. Qualifications Bachelors degree in communication, information management, learning and development or related fields 5 to 7 years of experience working with cross-functional teams supporting user-centric design principles Understanding of learning and development concepts, including performance support Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures, insurance industry preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and planning skills Strong research and analytical abilities Strong leadership skills and management experience, preferred
