By building and preserving affordable housing through new construction, renovations, and home repairs, Habitat LA is transforming communities throughout Los Angeles County. Through access to affordable loans, housing counseling, down-payment assistance, skilled construction training, financial education, and volunteer opportunities, the organization has strengthened families, helped stabilize communities, and fostered economic vitality in the region. On average, the affiliate builds and renovates 100 homes in the Los Angeles region each year, ranking it among the largest affiliates nationwide.GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles seeks an experienced Senior Manager of Corporate Development to build corporate partnerships and secure financial and in-kind support for our affordable housing mission. This role manages a portfolio of corporate donors, leads fundraising and stewardship activities, and contributes to a team goal of approximately $7 million, including an individual goal of about $615,000. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-driven relationship builder with experience in donor solicitation, proposal writing, events, and volunteer engagement.SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Fundraising Strategy and Execution:
a. Collaborate with leadership to set annual fundraising goals and develop strategies to achieve them. b. Collaborate with other teams to identify department needs and develop interdepartmental pipelines to elevate broader funding, focus on programmatic support, as well as general operating resources. c. Identify and pursue diverse funding sources including in-kind donations, corporate grants and sponsorships. d. Retain corporate partners while growing year over year in Habitat LA's mission. e. Prepare high-quality proposals and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.Donor Cultivation and Stewardship:
a. Manage a portfolio of a minimum of 250 corporate partners. b. Collaborate with companies to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that align with Habitat LA's mission. c. Conduct presentations about Habitat LA's work, impact, and upcoming projects to various stakeholders, including donors and volunteers. d. Prioritize in person meetings to strengthen partnerships beyond funding, inclusive of drafting their industry profession to support Habitat LA projects. e. Ensure timely acknowledgment and recognition of donor contributions.Database Management:
a. Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising data in the organization's donor management system. b. Generate reports and analyses to track fundraising progress, donor trends, and campaign effectiveness. c. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, contributions, and fundraising activities in RENXT.Events and Donor Management:
a. Coordinate and support build days and other special events, including those in the evenings and/or on weekends. b. Engage and cultivate corporate partners and prospects with personalized and high touch experiences.SUMMARY OF JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check, driving record check and credit record check Must have access to reliable transportation to perform job duties, a valid CA Driver's License, and meet the state-required amount of personal automobile liability insurance Must have a reliable internet connection Demonstrated success securing corporate gifts, grants, sponsorships, and in-kind donations. Experience managing a large portfolio of corporate donors and prospects, preferably 200 or more accounts. Proven ability to meet individual fundraising goals and contribute to broader team revenue goals Excellent proposal writing, grant reporting, presentation, and business communication skills. Experience developing customized corporate partnerships that include financial support, employee engagement, volunteerism, and in kind contributions Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and donor relationships. Proficiency with donor-management or CRM systems; experience with Raiser's Edge NXT (RENXT) strongly preferred Ability to analyze fundraising data, monitor donor trends, prepare reports, and use findings to inform strategy Ability to attend donor meetings, build days, and special events throughout Habitat LA's service area. Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on donor and event needs.BENEFITS

Pay Range:
$31.25 - $36.06 Salary offers are based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, experience, and qualifications. Offers are between the entry to mid-level range.
