Job Description

NOTE:
BENEFIT PACKAGE
of 80,000, including housing in newly renovated 3 brm, home, utilities, health insurance and 3 weeks paid vacation.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this live-in position is to be consistent with the mission and vision of Rawhide Ranch in cooperation with the staff, under the direction of the Rawhide Ranch Enterprises, LLC Managing Partner. This person is responsible for day-to-day operations of the program and guest services. The Executive Director must balance fiscal responsibility, staff devlopment/motivation, quality program delivery, equipent upkeep, cleanliness, security, and safety to experience success. Both strategic and operational components are necessary to provide and expand creative program services to youth, families, and communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all aspects of camp; administration, program, facilities, kitchen, and animals.
  • Uphold camp policies and values, setting the tone and example
  • Responsible for strategic planning, decision making, and vision forecasting
  • Develop, manage and monitor ranch budget
  • Financial oversight and accountability
  • Present a professional image while having excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Must have impressive knowledge of policies, procedures, activites, programs, and children as they relate to organized camping
  • Oversee staff management and team development
  • Serve as a liaison between the camp owners and other camp directors and staff
  • Utilize leadership skills, including highly organized, posess conflict resolution skills, demonstrates initiative, and is an independent thinker.
  • Recognize and respect sensitive information and utilize confidentiality accordingly
  • Complete other job-related responsibilities, as required and agreed upon
Pay:
$75,000.00
  • $80,000.
