Delegation AED Certification Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Studio Lead is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business. This position will be tasked with actively pursuing enrollments of new members, obtaining leads, giving studio tours, scheduling classes, establishing and maintaining community relationships, and managing the studio team. This part-time position will report directly to the District Manager. Oversee daily studio operations and studio team members, including Front Desk, Sales Associates, Retail, and Facilities Operations. Manage and drive studio performance, work strategically to assess and meet all key studios: Lead accusation, Conversion, Sales, Attrition, Retention, Retail, Net Promoter score, Facility Review scores, and make appropriate, informed business decisions. Oversee appropriate labor schedules to ensure proper coverage and alignment with budgeted hours. Conduct regular inspections of all studio spaces and manage projects to ensure facilities are clean and updated, working with local and corporate leadership on quick execution of facilities initiatives and repairs. Maintain a working presence in studios, covering studio management shifts as needed to showcase the best of brand skills and mentor employees as well as other managers. Assist with new studio openings such as pre-sale, studio openings, soft openings, and grand openings. Follow established departmental policies, procedures, safety protocols, and procedures 2. Team Leadership Manage communications with and between supervisors, peers, and subordinates regarding studio needs to ensure that all departments are properly supported and supplied at all times. In partnership with the People and Culture (HR) Department and other studio management, recruit, screen, and onboard new employees across the Sales & Operations departments. Coach a team of motivated employees, conduct regular performance reviews, and work with the People and Culture (HR) Department to address personnel concerns or issues. Partner with the People and Culture (HR) Department to assist with sourcing and hiring new candidates, develop a pipeline of potential talent for long-term growth, and raise engagement from skilled team members 3. Community Marketing and Studio Dynamics Partner with the local and corporate marketing teams on ideating and implementing new brand initiatives that positively impact clients and employees. Partner with the local and corporate marketing team on a client and corporate acquisition strategy for the studio, adjusting as necessary. Work with leadership to create and maintain a unified culture and high staff engagement throughout the studio. Member Experience Build relationships with members and foster a strong community culture Welcome new members and provide onboarding support Encourage retention through connection and accountability Recognize member progress and milestones Deliver a premium boutique fitness experience Sales of memberships and lead management is required Studio Operations Support Assist with class setup and breakdown Maintain cleanliness and organization of racks and equipment Ensure equipment is properly stored and maintained Support studio events and community initiatives
Qualifications:
Ability to foster, support, and value diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. 3-5 years of fitness management or relevant related experience (hospitality, retail, food/beverage, etc.) Must possess financial acumen and the ability to understand, consider, and assess the financial impact of decisions. Must be able to work full-time and non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to train, lead, motivate, and delegate to a team of employees. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and in a time-sensitive environment.

Up to $22.00 per hour
