Job Description
Where You'll Work Founded in 1989, Dignity Health - Mercy Hospital is a 106-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Folsom, California. Serving over 60,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including heart care, cancer care, women's health, and neurology. Additionally, Mercy Hospital of Folsom has been recognized as an LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality Leader by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Director of Patient, Provider, and Employee Experience for Mercy Hospital Folsom, you will holistically lead the strategic design and continuous enhancement of positive experiences for all patients, providers, and employees. Your visionary leadership will foster a culture of empathy, engagement, and operational excellence, recognizing their profound interconnectedness.
Every day, you will analyze feedback from all stakeholders, identifying systemic opportunities to improve interactions, workflows, and organizational culture. You will develop and implement integrated programs, training, and communication strategies to embed best practices, empower staff, and cultivate a valued and respected environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional leadership and change management skills, a deep understanding of patient, provider, and employee experience principles, and excellent communication for influencing cultural shifts. Additional incentives for this position include an annual performance-based bonus program, annual employer-funded retirement contribution (no employee contribution required), no-cost medical coverage for the employee, and a Flexible Time Away program.

Job Requirements Required Education and Experience:
Masters D required, or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree. Minimum of five (5) years experience in a related field required. Minimum of three (3) years management experience required. #LI-DHBenefits
