Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and brake repairs to ensure vehicles meet safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently. Work on diesel engines and heavy equipment mechanics tasks when required, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and air brake system servicing. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Maintain detailed service records and provide accurate auto estimating for repairs while delivering excellent customer service. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair industry standards. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and suspension systems repair. Skilled in automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and mechanical systems troubleshooting. Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus. Familiarity with ADAS calibration procedures, air brake systems, oil changes, tire service, shocks & struts replacement, and wheel alignments. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and vehicle maintenance techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
