PEAK may be a great fit if you: Thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments Are competitive and internally driven Want feedback and actively seek opportunities to improve Enjoy leading and developing people Aren't afraid of hard, hands-on work Want meaningful responsibility early in your career Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Care about both people and results Want to discover how much you're capable of This program will be demanding . You'll work on your feet. You'll lead in real time. You'll navigate difficult situations, high-volume days, changing priorities, and the everyday realities of running a business with a large team. Our goal is for you to leave PEAK knowing how to lead yourself, lead others, and own a business—and having the confidence and experience to take those skills wherever you go next.
