Miami, FL - On-Site About the Job Our client, a luxury fashion and resortwear brand, is seeking an experienced Store Director to lead its Miami location. This individual will own the overall performance of the boutique, with a strong focus on sales growth, luxury clienteling, team leadership, and local business development. The ideal candidate is well connected within the Miami luxury market, brings an established network of high-value clients, and has a proven ability to grow a retail business through relationships, partnerships, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Lead overall store performance across sales, profitability, client development, operations, and team performance Develop strategies to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, retention, and repeat business Build and expand a strong portfolio of high-value clients through personalized outreach, CRM, and appointment selling Personally cultivate relationships with top clients while coaching the team to develop their own books of business Establish and manage clienteling, outreach, appointment, and acquisition goals across the team Develop strategic local partnerships with luxury hotels, resorts, country clubs, residential communities, travel advisors, concierge teams, stylists, and other businesses serving affluent clientele Represent the store at networking events, community gatherings, charitable events, and brand activations Execute private shopping experiences, client events, styling appointments, and other initiatives designed to generate new business Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing luxury retail talent Analyze traffic, conversion, UPT, AOV, client retention, CRM engagement, appointment conversion, event ROI, and other performance metrics Monitor local market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities Oversee store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards Qualifications 8+ years of luxury retail management experience with a demonstrated record of driving sales and profitability Proven success growing a retail business through client acquisition, networking, partnerships, and community engagement Established client book and existing relationships with luxury consumers within the Miami/South Florida market Experience developing local partnerships that generate measurable business results Strong experience leading, coaching, and developing luxury retail teams Deep understanding of luxury clienteling, CRM practices, and appointment-based selling Strong commercial acumen and ability to use KPIs and performance data to guide business decisions Polished executive presence with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Experience with POS systems, CRM/clienteling platforms, inventory management, and reporting tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and support events and client appointments as needed Please submit your resume for consideration.
