Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will oversee complex financial projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful integration of acquired entities.
• Oversee the consolidation and reporting of balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence to assess risks and opportunities in potential acquisitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for mergers and acquisitions.
• Utilize Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial reporting during mergers.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the acquisition process.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during all phases of M&A projects.
