You will partner closely withmercial, supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to drive key priorities, establish clear governance, maintain executive-levelmunication, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives. Preferred Qualifications Background in Commercial Operations, Consulting, Business Operations, Sales, Merchandising, Customer Experience, or a related field Experience supporting customer-focused ormercial growth initiatives in a B2B environment Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business initiatives from planning through execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform basic analysis and develop impactful business presentations Experience leading teams, coaching associates, or managing direct reports preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field Job Summary Manages the execution of specific business initiatives, ensuring alignment withanizational goals and collaboration across departments. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Develops and implements detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely execution. Coordinates with various departments to ensure that all resources are allocated effectively. Oversees, coaches, and fosters the growth of direct reports, while providing guidance and support to ensure tasks align with project goals. Identifies potential risks associated with project execution and develops strategies to mitigate them effectively. Responds to and resolves escalated issues during or after implementation, while troubleshooting and rmending solutions to proposed challenges. Reports on the progress and performance of initiatives to the senior team and other stakeholders. Implements best practices and identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Nature and Scope Solutions require analysis and investigation. Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff. Work Environment Located in afortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in afortable position and t is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions t may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
