Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations and site performance Hire, train, coach, and develop team members Ensure excellent customer service and wash quality Create schedules and manage staffing levels Handle customer concerns and resolve issues Oversee cash handling, inventory, and reporting Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
