You'll lead medicine, operations and culture across our growing Mass-RI network of emergency and primary care hospitals — and you'll still be on the floor in our anchor ER hospital, working alongside the doctors you lead. What makes this one different You keep practicing. Clinical presence is part of the role, not something you squeeze in around it. You lead in partnership with Operations. We are Veterinarian Led, with Operations expertise to support. You're building, not just running. De novos, acquisitions, and a region still taking shape. You share in the outcome — a bonus equity package tied to regional performance. What you'll own Mentoring Lead Doctors and Medical Directors to build the next layer of veterinary leadership. Medical excellence - clinical quality, safety and standards across every hospital in the region. Doctor development programs. Regional growth strategy, hospital performance, and integration of new practices. A visible, boots-on-the-ground presence — teams see you, not just hear from you. What we're looking for DVM or VMD. Emergency, urgent care, surgery, and/or Internal Medicine experience. A track record leading collaborative teams and growing hospitals. Real appetite for mentorship and developing people.
