Practice Exceptional Medicine. Mass-RI Veterinary Services is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team in Swansea, Massachusetts. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Serve as a medical leader and role model within the hospital. Promote excellence in patient care, client communication, and medical standards. Collaborate with hospital leadership on operational and strategic initiatives. Support quality improvement efforts and advancement of medical protocols. Team Development Mentor and support associate veterinarians. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning. Partner with technicians and support staff to maximize patient outcomes and workflow efficiency. Clinical Practice Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for companion animals. Perform routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries. Candidates with advanced surgical experience or a strong interest in expanding surgical services are highly encouraged to apply. Collaborate with specialists and referral partners as needed to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. What We're Looking For Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgery or residency trained and eligible for board certification Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts.
