division is currently seeking a Product Manager
  • Medium Voltage Control Assemblies (MVCA). The position will be based at our facility in Arden, NC. We are offering relocation assistance for the candidates who reside within the U.S. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000
  • $190000 a year.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do: Reporting to the Product Line Manager, this role will lead product strategy, growth, profitability, and new product development for the MVCA portfolio, including Ampgard medium voltage motor control and SC9000 medium voltage drives. The Product Manager will work closely with sales, engineering, operations, marketing, and supply chain and will lead an MVCA Associate Product Manager.
Essential Functions :
  • Develop and execute the MVCA product line strategy, growth plans, and annual priorities.
  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle plans for MVCA product line.
  • Lead Voice of Customer activities, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Drive new product development and product launches through the ProLaunch process.
  • Manage product positioning, pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance.
  • Provide application and commercial support to sales, customers, consultants, OEMs, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Develop product training, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional programs to improve customer experience, market penetration, and business performance.
  • Monitor sales and market performance and provide monthly and quarterly business updates.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the MVCA Associate Product Manager.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in product management, applications engineering, sales engineering, or a related role within the electrical industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business or engineering.
  • Experience with medium voltage motor control, drives, switchgear, or industrial power distribution.
  • Experience with product roadmapping, new product development, and product launches.
  • Knowledge of industrial markets and applicable UL, IEEE, IEC, and NEMA standards.
  • Experience with Eaton ProLaunch, Lean Six Sigma, or similar processes.
Position Criteria:
  • Experience with engineered electrical products or power distribution solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
