We are a multinational company dedicated to the cosmetology industry and are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Sub-Director to join our team. Sub-Director - Qualifications & Responsibilities Job description: Bilingual in English and Spanish - required Work closely with the Director and follow the Director's direction regarding company operations and business priorities. Assist with the day-to-day management and operations of the company. Strong knowledge and experience in Accounting and Financial Management. Sales experience is essential, with the ability to support sales growth and maintain client relationships. Assist with planning, organizing, and achieving company goals. Help supervise, train, and motivate staff. Assist with financial reports, budgets, invoices, and general accounting functions. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and work independently. Professional, responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation:
