Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Director, Partnership Management to join our team at the Parsippany
The Role The Director of Partnership Management will be part of a dynamic Loyalty & Strategic Partnerships team, supporting existing and new partnerships across our award-winning Wyndham Rewards program, including some of our most high-impact partners. In this role, the Director of Partnership Management will be responsible for building and executing the strategy for financial and loyalty partnerships and leading partner success, marketing and operations that drive long-term sustainable growth and member engagement that elevates the Wyndham Rewards brand. This role will work closely with the business development director to lead innovation across the partnership portfolio, including the strategy and development of new business initiatives to unlock new revenue streams, increase brand awareness of the Wyndham Rewards program, and engage our 122M+ members. What you'll do Partner with the Sr. Director of Strategic & Loyalty Partnerships to develop and execute the strategic plan for the existing partner portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth priorities. Own the ongoing strategy, performance, and optimization of strategic partnerships, developing marketing and promotional roadmaps that maximize revenue, member engagement, and partner value. Leverage data-driven insights through business reviews to optimize existing partnership programs and identify opportunities to improve performance. Lead and develop the team responsible for the day-to-day management of key Wyndham Rewards financial, earn and redeem partner relationships, serving as the primary owner of partner success. Drive the successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing management of newly signed partnerships, ensuring a seamless transition from Business Development and execution of go-to-market plans. Partner closely with the Director of Business Development throughout the partnership lifecycle by providing implementation expertise, operational support, and partner insights to help them identify new strategic growth opportunities with existing partners. Maintain full P&L accountability across partnerships, leading forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and financial planning in partnership with Finance while driving performance to meet or exceed three-year revenue targets and key business KPIs. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive member engagement, program awareness, and EBITDA. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver partner initiatives, promotional campaigns, portfolio-wide activations, and strategic projects that enhance partner performance and maximize business results. You'll be successful if you have Proven track record for meeting and exceeding and revenue targets. Partnership/relationship management, experience handling multiple high-touch relationships at one time. Keen sense for prioritization, both internally and externally with partners. Data-driven marketer who can leverage analytics to inform and create high impact strategies and value proposition development. Project management expertise with an ability to develop, articulate and operationalize new ideas. Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, and the ability to get things done in a collaborative environment. Ability to think laterally and explore creative solutions in deal negotiation, commercial structuring, and customer solution design. Appetite and enthusiasm to work as part of a team that is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and supporting each other. Collaborative and curious mindset, open to exploring new ways of doing things. Ability to build rapport and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and using data to drive decision-making. Required Qualifications/Experience Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic account or partner management, including leading high-performing teams and managing multiple complex, high-touch partner relationships simultaneously. Employment Status:
Full-time Compensation & Benefits For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $150,000- $165,000 annually.
