CBRE M&A
Deal Operations Sr. Consultant, you will provide the operational backbone of the M&A Diligence & Integration function. Working across the deal portfolio, you will support deal execution, own the function's methodology and tools, and maintain performance tracking to give leadership visibility into integration performance. This is a versatile, cross-cutting role partnering with deal leads, line of business teams, and functional teams focused on M&A transactions. This role offers the flexibility to work from any CBRE office within the United States. What You'll Do- Support M&A due diligence and integration execution across active transactions, working alongside Deal Leads
- Own and continuously improve the function's methodology, tools, playbooks, and templates
- Maintain deal performance tracking, and integration health monitoring
- Coordinate across functional workstreams to keep transactions organized, on schedule, and well documented
- Capture lessons learned on every transaction and feed them back into how the function works
- Support the operating cadence of the function, ensuring consistency and discipline across deals
- Flex across deal execution support, methodology, and value intelligence responsibilities as deal volume requires
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 6-8 years of experience in transaction support, integration management, program or project management, financial planning and analysis, or a related operational field. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across several transactions simultaneously
- Analytical capability, with comfort building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting
- A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in building tools and methodology that scale
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt across a range of responsibilities
