- 150,000 base salary + bonus + potential equity
- New York City | Hybrid working, three office days per week
- No / Minimal Travel, Our client is a growing specialist strategic intelligence consultancy that helps senior business leaders and investors make informed decisions around transactions, investments regulatory developments, corporate risk and leadership appointments.
Role Highlights You will:
- Lead sensitive advisory projects involving transactions, investments regulation, policy and senior appointments
- Assess commercial, reputational and political risks across unfamiliar sectors and jurisdictions
- Develop insights through trusted professional networks and carefully managed conversations
- Present concise findings to deal teams, legal advisers and senior executives
- Coordinate small project teams while maintaining quality, accuracy and discretion You Will Need
- At least four years' experience in law, finance, consulting, government, corporate strategy or intelligence
- Due Diligence/ M&A experience is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of US politics, business, governance and current affairs
- Excellent commercial judgement and the ability to identify a client's underlying concerns
- An investigative mindset, combining curiosity, persistence and resourceful problem-solving
