Our client is an organization in the Winnebago County area that's looking for a Senior Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative team, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth. This position is hybrid. The salary for this position is $110K - $140K. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support mergers and acquisitions through company assessments, financial analysis, valuations, due diligence, and transaction process management. Perform discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses to evaluate potential opportunities. Partner with business leaders to analyze data, assess performance, and identify key drivers of value. Develop strategic recommendations aligned with organizational plans to support informed leadership decisions. Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to strengthen strategy and competitive positioning. Prepare and present executive-level reports on business performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to execute strategic initiatives and support leadership presentations. The Senior Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA preferred. 4+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity experience. Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and build relationships across finance and operations. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Travel up to 20%.
