Vending Business Manager

About Us We are a family-owned company and a leading wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and foodservice solutions throughout Central Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. We're looking for a Vending Business Manager to lead and grow our sales team across Dresser, WI and Duluth, MN. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who can build strong teams, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help drive the continued growth of our vending operations. In this role, you'll lead sales strategies and initiatives, coach and develop team members, strengthen customer and supplier partnerships, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and results. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the team, our customers, and the growth of the business. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of successful sales, sales management, or customer service experience Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience with consumable products, beverage distribution, or related industries preferred Proven ability to drive results, develop talent, and build strong customer relationships

Base Compensation:
Annual Salary $70,000 - $95,000 Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility): Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc. Bernick's is an equal opportunity employer.
