Whether you're partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district, or buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, you'll be leading the way toward inspired learning. When you join our team as a Senior Site Director , you will: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of Lead Teachers and teaching staff, includingmanaging schedules, timecards,training and development, performance management, and employee relations support. Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, family billing, subsidy, and manage operational costs Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, schools and district leaders, state licensing and subsidy agencies, community contacts, and corporate support partners Build strong partnerships with local school and district partners to build client advocacy and grow impact within the communitieswe serve. Grow business by expanding enrollment and opening new locations.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience and 1 year teaching or childcare experience Outstanding communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask by leveragingdemonstrating strong organizational skills to lead multiple situations effectively Meet state specific guidelines for the role Physically able to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors as needed. Be able to assume postures in low levels to interact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity.

Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred State licensing knowledge and subsidy program knowledge preferred Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families in English Our benefits meet you where you are.
