Team Role Candidates must have a positive attitude and good communication skills, enjoy working with others, and be willing team players. Ability to be comfortable working closely with boys and young staff a must.

Role Responsibilities:

Instruct three to four, two-hour sessions per day, five to six days per week. And an occasional Sunday dive. Other time spent to fix equipment, fill scuba tanks and do paperwork. Be comfortable in leading PADI certification coursework and follow-up with campers to best position them to meet the requirements for PADI certification. Work closely with supporting Divemaster/Counselor Must have OWSI certification plus experience operating Scuba equipment and running a compressor. Highly organized and self-driven individual is a must. Must track progress of all camper's progression in the various levels of Scuba classes.

Compensation:

$6,000+ (room and board can be included)
