This role serves as a key communication link between customers, technicians, and management to deliver timely, high-quality HVAC service. MUST have 3-5 year of HVAC knowledge and dispatching for this position Key Responsibilities Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate HVAC service technicians based on priority, location, and skill level Receive and handle incoming calls, service requests, and emergency situations Communicate job details, updates, and changes to technicians in real time Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer information Confirm appointments and follow up with customers regarding service status Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary Support service managers with reporting, billing information, and job documentation Ensure technicians comply with company policies and safety procedures Qualifications & Skills Previous dispatching experience preferred (HVAC, plumbing, or field service a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dispatching software (Housecall Pro), preferred Knowledge of HVAC terminology and service processes, preferred Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required MUST have 3-5 year of HVAC knowledge and dispatching for this position Work Environment Office-based position with frequent phone and computer use May require flexibility in hours, including evenings or on-call scheduling Compensation & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401k matching
