Job Description
Job Summary Home Service Dispatcher Are you the kind of person who actually likes solving puzzles? When five things are happening at once, do you naturally start figuring out what needs to happen first, what can wait, and how to make all the pieces fit? Do you notice details other people miss? When something doesn't go according to plan, do you start looking for another way to make it work? Are you good with people - even when they're frustrated, stressed, or having a rough day? And when something lands in your lap, do you own it and see it through? If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you. We're looking for a Dispatcher, and previous dispatch experience is not required. What we're looking for is someone who is naturally: A problem solver. You like figuring things out and don't need every answer handed to you. Detail-oriented. You pay attention to the little things because you know they matter. Creative. When the obvious solution isn't working, you're willing to find another one. Empathetic. You can put yourself in someone else's shoes, listen, and communicate well with different kinds of people. Calm with a lot of moving pieces. Schedules change. People need answers. Priorities compete. You can take it all in, prioritize, and figure out the best next move. An owner. You take responsibility for what's in front of you. When there's a problem, your instinct is to help solve it and see it through. You don't need to know our business yet. We're looking for a really solid person who wants to learn it, take ownership of their role, and become great at what they do. A Little About Us -
