Position Summary:

Anistar is seeking an experienced Service Dispatchers to provide assistance with the operations staff as well as customers and technicians.

Job Responsibilities :

Will have day to day contact with customers, technicians, and other members of staff Making outbound and taking incoming calls Will be on the phones as well as entering info on computer (Microsoft Office and Excel) Providing excellent customer service Working with operations staff in a team based/fast paced environment Occasional weekend work but typically M-F 7-4pm The ideal candidate will possess the following : 2+years of dispatching experience Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have experience in low voltage settings either installing or servicing equipment Google Solutions, Jobber, and exp with Comcast tickets are preferred Anistar
