You'll ensure our technicians hit every job on time, fully equipped, and performing to our uncompromising standards. Key Responsibilities Route Planning & Scheduling:
Assign and optimize daily routes for floor care, restoration, and reconstruction teams eliminate overlaps, prevent no-shows, and keep everyone rolling on time.
Inventory Audits:
Verify truck and warehouse stock (pads, machines, specialty chemicals, demo tools); flag shortages and trigger restocks before anyone runs out of supplies.
Warehouse Management:
Coordinate inbound materials, returns, and equipment staging; keep storage organized so dispatch is a breeze.
Field Support & Logistics:
Occasionally accompany crews for part drops or on-site troubleshooting because sometimes, the magic happens in person. Quality Assurance & "Inspect What You Expect": Conduct random site audits to confirm technicians are following SOPs, executing work correctly, and relaying accurate job data no cutting corners ever.
Data Integrity:
Ensure all field reports, photos, and progress notes are logged correctly in the system; flag any discrepancies immediately.
Communication:
Act as the liaison between technicians, clients, and management clear, concise, and professional at every touchpoint.
