This role supervises dispatch personnel, maintains compliance with protocols, and supports high-quality patient care through effective communication and leadership.

hour shifts with OT after 8-hours, and paid lunch. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support dispatch staff during assigned shifts Monitor call handling, dispatch accuracy, and response times Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EMS regulations Coordinate ambulance deployment and resource allocation Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for dispatchers Handle escalated calls and critical incidents as needed Maintain dispatch logs, reports, and quality assurance records Collaborate with EMS crews, hospitals, and public safety agencies Employment Benefits Paid weekly Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan with employer match Ongoing training and professional development Work Environment 24/7 dispatch center environment Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Fast-paced, high-stress setting requiring focus and adaptability In person High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years of EMS dispatch experience (Preferred) Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Certification in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) required (or ability to obtain) Strong knowledge of dispatch systems, CAD software, and radio communications Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
