In this role, you will coordinate transportation schedules, manage carrier dispatching, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time, accurate delivery. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Duties Schedule and coordinate truck and driver assignments; confirm orders and dispatch service providers. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to manage pickups and deliveries. Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving delays or service issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatches, delivery confirmations, and tracking data. Respond to internal and external inquiries and provide first-level issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation safety regulations. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in logistics dispatching, trucking coordination, or warehouse operations. Fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written). Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to detail. Proficient in Excel; experience with WMS or dispatch systems preferred. Team-oriented, responsible and able to perform well under pressure.
