You will impact on-time throughput by coordinating drivers, loaders, receivers, and yard drivers while using TMS and WMS systems. This is an onsite role working assigned shifts (1st: M-F 6:30 AM-3:00 PM; 2nd: M-F 3:30 PM-12:00 AM with a $0.50/hr differential). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Schedule and communicate with carriers for inbound and outbound appointments Check drivers in and out using TMS and WMS Maintain accurate dispatch logs, seal records, and door assignments Coordinate door and trailer moves with loaders, receivers, and yard drivers Escalate delays, no-shows, and detention issues to appropriate stakeholders Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Prior dispatch, shipping office, or carrier coordination experience Strong TMS and WMS skills and the ability to multi-task under time pressure Professional phone and email communication skills in English Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to comply with onsite safety requirements (reflective vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge/fob access) Pay Range $20.00 - $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
