Service Dispatcher Huntington Beach Ford We are seeking an organized, motivated, and results-driven Service Dispatcher to join our Service Department. The Service Dispatcher plays a critical role in maximizing shop productivity by efficiently dispatching repair orders, balancing technician workloads, and supporting overall service department performance. Responsibilities Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and workload. Monitor shop productivity and workflow throughout the day. Maintain an even distribution of work among technicians. Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Track shop capacity and identify opportunities to increase technician productivity. Assist with daily operational needs within the service department. Qualifications Previous automotive service dispatch experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of dealership service operations and technician workflow. Experience with dealership management CDK systems is a plus. Compensation Competitive hourly rate.
