Starting at $22•23/hour (DOE) Schedule Requirement This position requires full availability for the exact schedule listed above, including working every weekend. Applicants with scheduling restrictions will not be considered. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and high-performing Dispatcher to support a fast-paced medical delivery operation. This role is responsible for coordinating time-sensitive deliveries, managing drivers in real time, and ensuring critical medications are delivered accurately and on schedule. This is a high-volume environment that requires strong multitasking, organization, and decision-making under pressure. Key Responsibilities Dispatch drivers across multiple daily delivery runs (9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM) Manage same-day and STAT deliveries with strict time requirements Communicate with drivers, pharmacies, hospice staff, nurses, and patients/families Handle returns and approvals using internal systems Monitor routes and driver activity using GPS tracking systems Resolve operational issues in real time (late deliveries, driver delays, reroutes, volume fluctuations) Maintain clear and professional communication across multiple departments Requirements Must be available to work the Wednesday-Sunday schedule with no restrictions Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Highly organized and detail-oriented under pressure Comfortable interacting with drivers, medical staff, and customers Reliable and consistent attendance Preferred Experience Dispatching, logistics coordination, or route planning Medical or pharmacy delivery experience Driver or fleet management Experience with dispatching or GPS tracking systems Strong customer communication skills What We're Looking For We are looking for candidates who can manage multiple priorities effectively, communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
