Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Dispatcher for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mather, CA, supporting service operations within the industrial facilities and infrastructure construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating people and priorities, and communicates confidently with technicians, customers, and internal teams. The Dispatcher will serve as a primary point of contact for field technicians, helping ensure service calls are scheduled, monitored, updated, and completed accurately. Key Responsibilities Monitor service requests and dispatch field technicians to the appropriate work orders in a timely manner. Maintain accurate scheduling records and track call status in real time across internal systems and customer portals. Communicate with customers regarding service updates, technician arrival times, and appointment status. Review open jobs and outstanding appointments to identify delays, confirm job status, and ensure required costs are applied. Create work orders in the IFS system for approved quotes and assign them to field technicians. Review, adjust, and complete payroll entries by the required daily deadline.
Compensation and Benefits Pay range:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
