24-27 per hour DOE Temporary Position- 6 months -with the potential to go full time This role is responsible for handling high volume emails and customer calls, scheduling, routing and dispatching technicians, fleet operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, supporting operational workflows and ensuring quality assurance across multiple platforms. This is a 6-month contract role that starts as soon as possible. Responsibilities Manage approximately 50 calls and emails daily, providing exceptional customer service. Schedule and coordinate service routes efficiently to meet customer needs. Support technicians and operational workflows, ensuring smooth service delivery. Assist with data quality and cleanup initiatives, maintaining accurate records. Help validate information following acquisition integration efforts, ensuring data integrity. Assist with quality assurance and system-related processes between platforms, utilizing Falcon and ServiceTrade. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Experience in scheduling and routing, customer service, and fleet operations (preferred). Ability to multitask effectively with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe. SAP experience is preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines. Training will be provided to enhance technical and operational skills.
