We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive employee to join our growing team at Express Plumbing. The ideal candidate will have experience with Service Titan and QuickBooks , and be comfortable managing the permit process for plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Manage and update job schedules using Service Titan . Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions using QuickBooks . Coordinate and track permit applications for plumbing jobs, ensuring all necessary documents are filed on time. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and field staff. Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and organizing office documentation. Provide support to the management team as needed. Handle Insurance policies and

Claims Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the plumbing or construction industry. Proficient in Service Titan and QuickBooks . Knowledge of the plumbing permit process is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
